Responsibilities
Quickly address emails and inquiries about the company’s software products and services, aiming to convert them into sales.
Create and implement effective sales strategies and processes tailored to our B2B SaaS offerings.
Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research and analysis via communication channels like Email, Skype and WhatsApp.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and follow up with tailored proposals.
Utilize persuasive negotiation techniques and effective follow-up strategies to close deals.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Provide technical guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
